The Student Support provides support to students and families at Bureau operated schools who are having technical difficulties with the remote learning environment.


  • The BIE Student Support Desk is currently closed.

    While the Support Desk is closed, you may still send us an email with your Name, School, and a description of your issue at to create a support ticket. One of our technicians will respond to your request when we re-open.

    You may also reach us during our normal hours of 7:00 am - 8:00 pm MST Monday-Friday.
